After six years of working together at two companies where they led high-impact initiatives at the intersection of design, construction, and innovation, Jill and Vahe recognized the need for a practice that combines deep technical design expertise with forward-thinking delivery models. Elvora Collective reflects their commitment to evolving the way we design and build: blending design integrity, site built and off-site project expertise, and strategic product leadership to create spaces that perform, enrich, and elevate. 


  • Jill Kaehler AIA is a seasoned architect and design leader with over two decades of experience spanning site-built and off-site construction. Her work has shaped award-winning projects across North America, Europe, and the Middle East through leadership roles at acclaimed architecture firms, within forward-thinking start-ups, and with industry leaders in volumetric modular manufacturing. As the Founder and Principal Architect at Kaehler Design, Jill brings deep expertise in both site-built and off-site methodologies, offering a unique blend of design excellence, manufacturing and construction knowledge, and strategic vision. She is a registered architect and an active mentor, educator, and advocate for evolving how we design and build.

  • Vahe is an off-site construction and operations leader with nearly two decades of experience delivering prefabricated building solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. His work spans roles at industry innovators like Volumetric Building Companies—where he led a $500M portfolio of modular projects—and WeWork, where he managed the design and delivery 3M+ square feet of global workspace for enterprise clients. At VBC, he also built the company’s modular delivery and technology framework, scaling its project management systems to support rapid growth across teams and geographies. As the co-founder of Elvora Collective, Vahe brings deep expertise in off-site construction workflows, AEC technology, scalable delivery systems, and operational strategy. He partners with founders and developers to launch and optimize off-site building platforms, driving efficiency and innovation across the built environment.
