Jill Kaehler, AIA is a seasoned architect and design leader with over two decades of experience spanning site-built and off-site construction. Her work has shaped award-winning projects across North America, Europe, and the Middle East through leadership roles at acclaimed architecture firms, forward-thinking start-ups, and volumetric modular manufacturers.

Jill brings deep expertise in site-built and off-site methodologies, offering a rare combination of design excellence, project management, manufacturing and construction knowledge, and strategic vision. As a product design and DfMA specialist, she bridges architectural intent and manufacturing realities – ensuring design decisions enhance efficiency, quality, scalability, and long-term value.

An advocate for thoughtful, context- responsive design, Jill believes off-site construction must exceed the performance and market appeal of traditional site-built solutions in order to achieve broad adoption. With hands-on experience bringing modular products from concept through production, she develops DfMA solutions that balance standardization, configurability and customization.

Jill is a registered architect and an active mentor, educator, and advocate for evolving how we design and build.

Vahe Markosian is an organizational leader operating at the intersection of design, technology, and construction. He has a diverse background spanning architecture, project management, and operations having worked for owner side operators, vertically integrated builders, volumetric modular manufacturers, and acclaimed architecture firms.

Focused on people, process, standards and tools in the AEC industry, Vahe is an expert in organizational transformation; specializing in unlocking the ability to deliver high quality product on time and on budget, at scale. An extensive knowledge of the project design/entitlement process, deep understanding of design technology, and experience managing construction portfolios of $200M+ have given Vahe the ability to deeply understand and navigate complex stakeholder relationships and design systems which maximize value and minimize friction.

Vahe believes that in a world of ever increasing complexity and rapidly evolving tools, strong process fundamentals and deep human relationships are still the key to designing and constructing beautiful and functional buildings.
